Peppers Beach Club & Spa Hotel Palm Cove, Palm Cove

The hotel is positioned beautifully across from the beach, making it a lovely location for a getaway. However, our room was quite small, and it lacked enough furniture for comfort. The service did leave much to be desired, as it felt like the staff were not as attentive or well-trained as one would hope for, especially given the overall resort experience. On the upside, the facilities were generally well-maintained and enjoyable, but I was disappointed with the limited dining options during my stay.

I had a lovely stay at this resort, with clean and comfortable rooms and a beautiful view of the sea from my apartment. The location is simply stunning, right across from the beach which made it easy to unwind. However, I found the dining options to be somewhat lacking, as the food quality was underwhelming. While the service was decent, it didn’t quite meet my expectations, which is something to keep in mind if you're looking for top-notch hospitality.

I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the serene view of the Serenity pool from my balcony. The rooms were quite disappointing due to dust and issues with the air conditioning. Climbing three flights of stairs every time I wanted a swim was also a hassle.
